Legal Information
All data relative to value added to a home by a family-use sunroom
are general
statements and cannot be used as an absolute guide to real estate,
appraisal or
recovery values. Location of the home, finish detail, brand name
of products and
quality of materials used can affect results up or down. Resale
values can
additionally be affected by features such as year-round usefulness,
product brand
name and lifetime warranty. Homeowners should use professional
real estate
appraisers from their area if resale values are critical to a
room addition decision.
All warranty references are delineated in the current Comfort
Line® PREMIUM VINYL
SUNROOMS LIFETIME LIMITED NONPRORATED, TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY.
To fully
understand any limitations or restrictions that may apply ask
your independent
SUNTARRA SUNROOM dealer/contractor for a copy of the Comfort
Line SUNROOM
Lifetime Limited Non-Prorated Transferable Warranty. Some SUNTARRA
components are warranted for ten years. Normal residential use
and service apply
to all warranted items. You may also view general warranty terms
on this Web site.
This material should not be used to replace an actual copy obtained
from a
SUNTARRA DEALER. If you have questions or concerns about our warranty
or most
current printing, please contact Comfort Line.
Insect screens on windows and doors are intended to provide reasonable
insect
control and are not intended to provide security or provide for
the retention of
objects or persons.
Hardware and materials used for ledger, stud joiners, strong backs,
posts, footings,
gutters and downspouts may be specified and/or priced separately.
For details, ask
your SUNTARRA SUNROOM dealer.
Selection of the appropriate Comfort Line SUNTARRA Sunroom and/or
its flooring to
conform to any and all local applicable laws, ordinances, building
codes and safety
requirements is the sole responsibility of the dealer, architect,
property owner or
contractor. Comfort Line assumes no responsibility and makes no
Warranty with
respect to use or compliance with such law. Because the floor
for a SUNTARRA
SUNROOM depends on specific job-site and/or customer requirements,
floor material
and labor may be quoted as an additional item or option. Floor
panels must be
properly protected from moisture and covered with an appropriate
floor covering in
order to qualify for Comfort Line Warranty coverage. See the Warranty
for details or
contact Comfort Line.
SUNTARRASUNROOMS comply with the Uniform Building Code 1999 and
International Code Council 2000 building codes standards. All
three- and four-
season sunrooms must be constructed to local building codes. Many
building codes
allow for a sunroom to be built onto an existing ground level
deck. To obtain a
building permit if required, have your dealer/contractor contact
Comfort Line for
certified engineering specifications.
